Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of booking. After that period, they become non-refundable but may be transferable to a future event credit subject to approval.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans. You can choose to pay 50% now and the remaining balance 60 days before the trip, or break it into monthly payments.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, a valid passport is required for entry into Colombia. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of entry.
